The advantages of a LCHF lifestyle:

Your body will become more efficient at burning fat for fuel during exercise. An enhancement of performance over time is expected.

One of the major benefits of a LCHF diet is the ability to maintain steady energy levels during training. Carb heavy diets may cause blood sugar spikes, energy spikes and crushes. The consistent energy supply from fats supports consistent performance during workouts.

Optimum body composition can be achieved combining a LCHF diet with training. This leads to a reduction in body fat while preserving lean muscle mass. This also results in improvement of metabolic wellness.

LCHF diet is associated with reduced inflammation in the body. This gives the body a better ability to post exercise recovery and supports overall wellbeing.

The Bredesen Protocol is a personalized approach formulated by Dr. Dale Bredesen to prevent and reverse cognitive decline through a PreCODE and ReCODE process.

Pre-CODE
The program is for individuals who want to take preventive measures for cognitive decline.
If you think that it takes 5 to 20 years for cognitive losses to become apparent, it becomes essential to become aware of any of the root causes as in 'Bredesen 7'
so we can intervene with them promptly.
PreCODE Program is a ONE ON ONE INDIVIDUALIZED 6 WEEKS PROGRAM
A GROUP PROGRAM (minimum 3 persons, with 10% discount per person) IS ALSO AVAILABLE.
Re-CODE
The program is for individuals who already have received a diagnosis of cognitive decline.
How does it work?
The goal is to change your biochemistry to provide optimal conditions for your brain to thrive. Dr. Bredesen has identified over 36 factors (metabolic derangement, poor nutrient status, lack of trophic support, exposure to viruses, etc.) that can trigger “downsizing” in the brain, all of which can be addressed by using the Bredesen Protocol®.
I am currently working independently with participants in conjunction with their primary care physician to support them on the Bredesen Protocol through the ReCODE programs.
I am also providing the PreCODE program independently to clients who are interested.

I am a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coach, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and an ICF-certified Mindfulness Coach. I have a formal education in Human Biology and Health and hold an M.Sc. degree in Toxicology. My training includes a diploma in Sports Nutrition from the Medical Committee from the International Olympic Committee, a diploma in Performance Nutrition from the Institute of Performance Nutrition, and a Functional Sports Nutrition certificate from the Center for Integrative Sports Nutrition. I have Nutrition Networks (Noakes Foundation) professional training in LCHF/Ketogenic nutrition and treatment. My training from the Nutrition Network includes ‘Diabetes Reversal’ as well as ‘Obesity: Risk and Reversal’. I am also a certified ‘Brain Health Trainer’ by FAI, Functional Aging Institute.
My education in various fields including human physiology, toxicology, pharmacology, neurobiology, nutrition, molecular biology, nutrigenetics, and nutrigenomics makes it possible to use a more systemic approach with my clients where genetics, biochemistry, and lifestyle habits are all addressed in an individualized manner. I am using a coaching approach and the tools of coaching including ‘Motivational Interview’ techniques to support the clients in the implementation of the Bredesen protocol.
I am passionate about cognitive health after experiencing firsthand the sufferings of my best friend when her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. I experienced the despair of the family not being able to help to reverse or slow down the process. This was very painful to watch.
In my previous work, I coached participants to wellness, incorporating lifestyle changes in nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, and stress reduction.
- I can help to lower the toxin burden in your life and incorporate natural foods to elevate the detox capacity of the body.
- I can provide education on low carb/ketogenic nutrition, the use of continuous glucose monitoring, measurement of ketones, and how to monitor sleeping oxygen saturation.
- I can help you structure a fundamental physical exercise program, as well as exercises for the brain.
- I can also provide insights into sleep hygiene, and stress management.
- Recipes, meal planning, and shopping tips are all included to decrease the workload that may be experienced while attempting to change into a healthier nutrition plan.
- Mindfulness coaching tools I use are always of great value to reduce stress in a client's daily life.
