Is
FOOD ADDICTION
real?

'THE BLISS POINT' is the perfect combination of sugar, salt, and fat that makes us crave more of a certain food. It has first been used by the food scientist Howard Moskowitz. He explained that the bliss point is the point at which the sugar, salt, and fat content of a food are in perfect balance to create the maximum pleasure for our taste buds. The bliss point isn't just about satisfying our taste buds. It's also about THE REWARD CENTER of our brain. Food scientists spent many hours and billions of dollars experimenting with different combinations of sugar, salt, and fat to create the perfect balance that will hit the bliss point for consumers so that the consumers keep coming back for the product.

This is why;

- we get compulsions to eat certain foods

- we keep reaching for more

- we tend to ignore what we valued once (over the craved food)

- we have more of the food than we intend to

- to eliminate the craved food causes withdrawal symptoms

- despite that we are aware the food is harmful to us we keep consuming it.

This is how we get addicted to food! It is a NEUROLOGICAL PROBLEM! Food addiction is real!

IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!

YOU CAN GAIN CONTROL!

THERE IS HELP!

You can re-educate the addicted brain using tools such as stress management and other activities to replace
food.
